Ordering & Account
To place an order, simply navigate to our website, www.11zeros.com. Browse through our product selection and choose the item you need. Add it to your cart, proceed to the checkout, and make the payment to finalize your order.
We accept all prepaid payment modes (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards, etc.) and cash on delivery payment mode.
To track your order, please visit our website and scroll down to access the order tracking page. There, you can easily monitor the progress of your order 😊
You can order by either registering an account using your email ID or simply as a guest.
Shipping & Delivery
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 4-6 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Occasionally, delays in your local customs and post office can cause a small backlog and delay in the delivery of parcel. Usually, this parcel will be with you shortly. If you think your parcel might be lost in transit, drop an email to us at help@11zeros.com and we’ll be there to assist you shortly!
Please ensure that this is done 1 month from the purchase date. Beyond this time frame, we are unfortunately unable to follow up with your order.
We offer international shipping, and the shipping rates vary based on the location. However, please note that we are not responsible for any import tax duties imposed by different countries.
Returns & Refunds
All returns need to be initiated within 3 days of the date of delivery. All shipping fees are excluded from refunds.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging with the relevant plastic protection. If the plastic protection piece has been removed from the Transparent case and stuck back on, we will not be able to honour the refund.
We do not provide free return shipping labels. Customers are liable for return shipping back to us. To initiate a return, drop an email to us at help@11zeros.com and we’ll assist you with the refund process.

Exclusions
We do not offer refunds for replacement items or exchanged items.
We do not offer refunds for items that have been classified as user-damage by our team.
To address any concerns, kindly send an email to help@11zeros.com within 3 days of delivery. Our customer support team will provide further assistance to resolve your issue.
No return charges are imposed for damaged or manufacturing defect product if addressed within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
However, if a customer wishes to return a package on not liking the product or wrong item ordered, than the customer will be liable for shipping back us the product at there own cost.
Upon receiving your return at our warehouse and completing the quality control process, we will initiate a refund with a 11zeros gift card or in the original payment source. This process typically takes a maximum of 4-6 working days from the date of your return item delivery at our warehouse.
Please note that advance payments for COD orders or any partial payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation
To cancel your order, please send an email to help@11zeros.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing help@11zeros.com with the subject line "cancel - order no". Once successfully cancelled, the refund amount will be credited to the source account.
NOTE: The refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon approval and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account (as per banking standards).
You have the option to refuse the package upon delivery. However, return charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited back to your source account. The deduction charges vary depending on the products.
